Day One: De-Selfie

These pics are from our old blogs but we'd love to see you today (and we'll share our current pics on our blogs too) Or heck, throw yourself into it and share with us a pic of you today and a pic of you back in the day!

(And yep, we know #selfie is a New Skool term but the idea of sharing a picture of yourself is definitely Old Skool!)

    I admit that I cheated a bit on this first one. I just started my blog in October, and a couple of weeks ago I posted my first (and only) selfie and used it as the topic of my post for that day. I have linked to that post here, as I don't think the public could take two selfies of me in one month! (tee hee.)

    Just a note to participants: I tried leaving a comment on a couple of your blogs and wasn't able to because I don't have any of the account types listed (i.e. Google, WordPress, TypePad, etc.) If you can somehow change your settings to allow people to comment with just a name and email or web address, more of us could join in on the comment love. :)

    Jamie, not that long ago I created my first blog just so I could play along with your dreamboards and book club. I missed out on the early days of Old Skool blogging, but I am loving the idea of this revival so I can join the fun this time around!

    As I've read the posts, I realized I was supposed to post an old selfie from an earlier blog. I'll chalk the mistake up to the sinus headache bugging me today. Actually I think I needed to be brave and post today's "me", which I did. This is supposed to be fun so Im not even going to change it. Going with the flow today and enjoying looking at all the beautiful ladies in this group!

      Oh I am http://mividavegan.wordpress.com and for some reason, when I use this as my "reply as", I get a message saying that I am using illegal characters.

      For the prompt, you can either visit the blog every day to see the post (the prompt for Dec 1 is this post).

      If you'd like to get the prompt as an email, you can enter your email at the top "Follow By Email" box at the top right of the website.

      For the reply as issue, maybe check Blogger Help. I haven't encountered that before.
